Your privacy is really important to Stage Artistes; this is how we protect you, the customer. Stage Artistes (“Stage Artistes”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”) takes the privacy of your information seriously. Please read through the privacy policy before providing us with any of your personal data. Your continued use of our website constitutes your acknowledgement and understanding of, and agreement with this Privacy Policy.
Stage Artistes is committed to respecting your privacy and we aim to maintain a high level of trust with all clients and prospective clients by adhering to the principles of applicable data protection and privacy laws in Singapore. Such personal data will be processed in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"), its associated regulations, subsidiary legislation, and guidelines issued by the Singapore Personal Data Protection Commission ("PDPC"). We will never request your password, user name, credit card information or other personal information through email. This practice, known as “phishing”, is a scam designed to steal your personal information. If you receive an email that looks like it is from us asking you for your personal information, do not respond and contact Stage Artistes immediately.
Stage Artistes collects Personal Data so that we can provide an experience that is responsive and customised to your needs. Examples of Personal Data we collect includes (but not limited to):
i. Personal information about you and your family members, which may include names, emails, contact details, preferences, nationality, demographic data, payment details and transaction history;
ii. Information and data generated in the course of any continual relationship with Stage Artistes, for example, instructions given by you to arrange class enrolments, transfers, replacements, withdrawals, and other information and records you choose to provide by various modes of communication including email, telephone, SMS, internet and market research;
iii. Information from cookies, other technologies deployed for the analysis of website usage or other information technology applications used by Stage Artistes.
Stage Artistes may also collect (“Audio Visual Material”) video footage, still images, or audio recordings of you recorded in the course of any classes, programmes or lessons conducted, or any other services rendered by Stage Artistes, its staff or contractors. The Audio Visual Material form part of the Personal Data collected by Stage Artistes.
The purposes (collectively referred to as “Allowed Purposes”) for which Stage Artistes collects, uses and discloses Personal Data include:
To provide, operate and administer Stage Artistes products and services, or to process applications for Stage Artistes products and services, business or financial transactions, and to maintain service quality levels and train staff;
To provide product-related services and support, including the provision of administrative support, technical assistance and customer alerts;
To facilitate operational processes including but not limited to student profile assessments, class and student management, payment administration and statistical analysis.
To maintain accurate client information and enable customised experiences that meet your preferences and needs;
To manage Stage Artistes relationship with you, which may include providing information on Stage Artistes products and services, where specifically consented to or where permissible under applicable laws and regulations
To send you updates about our services, notifying you of our marketing, events, initiatives and promotions including but not limited to via email, post or telephone where appropriate
To answer your queries, respond to your comments and feedback, or provide you with assistance in any other ways.
For use in promotional and marketing materials distributed by Stage Artistes whether online or offline, including but not limited to posts on social media, print or electronic copies of newsletters and brochures, promotional video advertisements and print advertisements;
To obtain reporting and analytics to conduct research, analysis and development activities including, but not limited to, data analytics, surveys, product and service development and/or profiling, to analyse how our services are used, to improve our services or products and/or to enhance your customer experience;
To perform internal management, to operate management information systems and to carry out and enable internal and external audits;
To enforce or defend the rights of Stage Artistes, its employees, officers and directors;
To respond to legal processes or to comply with or as required by any applicable law, governmental or regulatory requirements of any relevant jurisdiction, including, without limitation, meeting the requirements to make disclosure under the requirements of any law binding on Stage Artistes or on its related corporations or affiliates;
To prevent risk and fraud.
To assist or investigate any actual or suspected violations of our Terms and Conditions, fraud, unlawful activity, omission or misconduct, whether relating to your use of our Services or any other matter arising from your relationship with us
For safety, legal and regulatory compliance; and

Comply with any legal requirements or comply with legal process, third party service providers, agents or contractors engaged to perform any of the above listed purposes for Stage Artistes under a duty of confidentiality;
Any Person or entity which is part of Stage Artistes only to fulfil any of the allowed purposes;
Any person whom disclosure is required under applicable laws or regulation
In the event that Stage Artistes would need to use your Personal Data for any other purposes, we will notify you and obtain your consent beforehand. You will be given the opportunity to withhold or withdraw your consent for the use of your personal data for these other purposes.
