Agreement Between You And Stage Artistes

The T&Cs here are an agreement between Stage Artistes and you which includes but not limited to your use of the information, products and services found or made available through the Site. By using and accessing the Site, you are accepting all the T&Cs that are contained here. You affirm that you are either of legal age of 21 years old, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these T&Cs, and to follow and comply with it.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Stage Artistes and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these T&Cs or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Stage Artistes reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time and will provide the updated T&Cs on our website. Your continued use of any Stage Artistes services constitutes your acknowledgement, agreement and consent bounded by our T&Cs. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to see any updates or changes to it.

No Unlawful Or Prohibited Use

Any usage of the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site or interfere with other user’s use of the site is not allowed. All means of obtaining information, materials and sources not intentionally made available or through the site is not allowed too.
All contents on this Site is under copyright laws and are applicable to intellectual property rights. Usage of the Site does not entitle you to redistribute or sell any content that is found on the Site. The contents are strictly for personal usage only and not for third party usage. Using the Site constitutes your acceptance of these T&Cs that you will not redistribute, resell or attempt to benefit commercially from the site without any written consent obtained from Stage artistes. If you print, copy or download any part of the site in breach of these T&Cs, we reserve the right to cease your right to use the Site immediately and must destroy all materials and its copy that you had made.

At our discretion, we may include links to third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability and do not guarantee for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and we shall not be liable in any event for any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind or for any loss of reputation or goodwill, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), equity, strict liability, statute or otherwise, suffered as a result of unauthorised or unintended use, access or disclosure of your personal data. Stage Artistes reserves the right to terminate your usage to the website which includes but not limited to blocking or preventing you from accessing and using our Site without prior notice and at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse to provide our products and services to anyone, for any reason and at any time we deem right.

Cancellation/replacement class policy for Woodwind and Brass Instrumental Lessons
Our cancellation policy for the lessons works on a case by case basis. All cancellation enquiries should be done via Stage Artistes and not the respective instrument instructors one month before the next lesson commence in the form of email or whatsapp.
 
For replacement classes, Stage Artistes offers a substitute instructor to cover lessons, if the student wants a replacement by the same teacher, we allow a replacement of up to 2 lessons for each booking of 12 lessons within the time frame of 4 months depending on the availability of our instructors.
 
For Individual students:
You can reschedule your lessons if you inform Stage Artistes 48-72 hours prior to the arranged lesson, otherwise there shall be no refunds of any lessons missed. Cancelling in advance allows us to offer another student the time slot as all of our teachers are highly sought after. 
 
For Buddy and Small Group Classes:
A recap of the previous lesson will be done during each new session. We will also pass the materials from the previous lesson to the absentees to ensure that they are able to keep up with the pace. However if more than half the class are not attending for that lesson,  the whole class shall be rescheduled and the students will be notified in advance.
 
Last minute lesson cancellation/rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances
We will try our best to be as flexible as we can as we understand that unforeseeable circumstances do happen at unexpected times. However, we do need to be informed at least 12 hours in advance and judging on a case by case basis, a review will be made to see if a replacement lesson can be arranged for. No refunds shall be made for missed lessons that are not communicated in advance with Stage Artistes.
 
Punctuality
If you are late for lessons, it is up to the instructor’s discretion as they are busy individuals who usually have lessons back to back. However, if our instructors are late, they would definitely make up the time for you.
 
Delivery of Purchased Products
For all product deliveries, please ensure that the delivery address and contact information is correct. 
 
Depending on the area you live in, the time taken to deliver your product may be different.
 
Replacement/ Exchange of Instruments by Stage Artistes
We will replace items that are found to be defective or damaged (excluding damages incurred during shipping/delivery). If a replacement is needed for the same item, please write to us at stage.artistes@gmail.com and we will get in touch with you. 
 
For exchanges, all products must be in their original packing and unused.
 
We do not do refunds for any wrongful purchases or quantities. Please check your shopping carts before payments.
 
Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy for services provided by Stage Artistes will be as follows:
We must be informed 1 month prior to ceasing lessons. Refunds will only be for the remaining lessons unused.
 
Our Refund Policy for products provided by Stage Artistes will be as follows:
You have to write to us within 7 days with a proof of purchase from Stage Artistes and the returned product must reach us within 30 days* from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number (e.g SASG000012345). Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund after the grace period.
 
To be eligible for a product return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in including the original packaging that came with the product. Any products not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be rejected.
 
Delivery of Returned Products
If you are sending a product back, you are advised to use trackable delivery services. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
